Return & Refund Policy

At RoadGad, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help quickly and fairly.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Note: Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless covered under warranty or in exceptional cases.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Opened hygiene or personal care items

  • Used or installed electrical goods (unless faulty)

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation

  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items (non-refundable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified by email about approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Any original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first at support@roadgad.com before sending anything back.

Gifts

If you received a RoadGad product as a gift:

  • You’ll be eligible for store credit if the return is approved

  • If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will go to the original buyer

  • We recommend using a trackable service or adding shipping insurance, especially for high-value items

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or card account

  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take extra time)

  3. Still no update? Email us at support@roadgad.com  we’ll help resolve it quickly
